Dystopian Hope

Here's a piece for my Electronic Media class! The prompt was utopia or dystopia... so I chose both.

It's a bit of a sad class because of how it's streamlined to teach beginners how to use Photoshop and Adobe products, so after watching a few hours of their silly demonstrations photoshopping a penguin onto George Clooney, I can't say I've "learned" anything new, but I do have a chance to break out my tablet some more, so I can't complain. Too much.

This piece is basically a reflection on that huge plastic island in the middle of the Pacific and how humanity will go very far for convenience. But, at the same time, we'll all find a way back from the hole we've dug hopefully!
